Why do I get an error when uploading a marketing list?

Select 'Lists' Select 'Import Lists' Select 'Download our template'
Use the format of our template. Please note your spreadsheet must look exactly like this.
There are three formatting rules to follow when importing a marketing list into iBoomerang E-mail Marketing +:
1). Row 1 must say "Name"
2.) Row 2 must say "E-Mail"
3.) Row 3 must say "Phone" The 3rd column must say "Phone" even if you do not have phone number information for your contact.
