How do I cancel my account?

Click here for a PDF version of these instructions: 1. Log into your iBoomerang back office 2. My account > cancel. 3. A cancellation form will populate. Fill out completely and press send. 4. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail. Keep confirmation number for your records. 5. All cancellations must be submitted through the iBoomerang website portal by the customer only. *Due to the monthly automatic billing cycle, Inc. requires a minimum 3 business day notice prior to your monthly billing date for discontinuance or downgrades of services. Failure to supply the minimum 3 day electronic notification of cancellation will result in a full billable monthly cycle prior to cancellation, otherwise your cancellation will defer to the cancellation policy per your original terms and service agreement. You must receive a Cancellation Confirmation Number for your notice of cancellation through the iBoomerang website to be effective. It is your responsibility to ensure you receive this Cancellation Confirmation Number. No phone call, e-mail or fax cancellation is not permitted. ** You will lose all contacts in your database manager, voice recordings, and scheduled templates.
