Cancellation process for accounts in a contractual agreement

If you are in an contractual agreement 12 months and you are requesting to terminate your subscription, please submit a ticket to mailto:accounting@iboomerang.com. requesting a buyout of your contract. All accounting questions will be handle through the support ticket system. Once a ticket is submitted, someone in that department will review your account and respond through the ticket system. Please allow 24 hour during regular business days for a reply to your ticket. We are mutually obligated to honor the contract to which you have agreed. Cancellation requests must be received 3 business days prior to your next billing cycle. Buyout acceptances must be received 3 business days prior to your next billing cycle to allow time to process prior to your next automated billing.

If you are in a 6 month contract the option available for termination of your agreement is to pay the remaining balance on your contract.
