How Do I Know Who is Attending my Meetings in GP7.1?

iBoomerang displays a Participant list to the Host while the meeting is running. To view your participants click on the icon that looks like a list in the top left area of the GP7.1 tool.
You can also view participant list by going to the 'Meetings' tab and selecting the 'Activity' button to the left of your web conference.
When you click the 'Activity' button it will take you to the screen in the illustration below.
The 'Activity' area shows all of your web conference activity listing the date time and duration of the meeting.
Click the + and it will open up a list of the participants in that web conference. The list includes the time they joined your meeting and the duration of their stay.
